I'm interested in systematic and quantitative studies of long-term anti-cancer drug response using high throughput microscopy. I'll be looking at cell phenotypic profiles relevant to both mitosis and cancer by screening drugs on different cell-lines with distinct genetic variations, in an attempt to understand how drugs or combinations of drugs would impact the multiple pathways involved in mitosis and cancer.
